Can't foster but would like to spread the word? Download and print the CSTR Foster Flyer and post it at your vet's office and other local businesses in the Chicago, IL Bloomington/Normal, IL and Hobart/Merrillville, IN areas!	Thank you, EVERYONE, who supported CSTR in 2009! With your help, we took in 90 dogs and placed 77 in their forever homes! We could not have done it without you!
